Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in the heart of Dusseldorf, very close to the nightlife and within a mile and a half of all the central attractions. The rooms, though small, are clean and have access to a large balcony. The service provided by the unique staff is very friendly and helpful, making it a standout feature. The dining options vary in quality and choice, but overall, the hotel offers a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The location is very good, being in the center of Düsseldorf, and even offering free transportation tickets on the day of check-out. The rooms, though slightly outdated, were of a decent size and not too small. The service was mainly friendly and helpful, although there were some noisy neighbors that affected the experience. The dining options were modest but provided a wide choice in a lovely setting. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting expectations for the price.
The hotel is ideally located in central Dusseldorf, close to major attractions and nightlife spots. The rooms are clean and cozy, but some may find the smoking smell disturbing. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay overall. The dining options are good, although the lack of diverse TV channels can be a downside.
The hotel rooms, though a bit basic and with jaded paintwork, old furniture, worn red carpet, and a bathroom tiled in jaded brown tiles, looked nice overall. While the room was a little small, it was spotless, spacious, modern, and comfortable. The service, while not extremely nice initially and not very helpful due to noisy neighbors, improved significantly with really helpful and friendly staff who even practiced German with me. The location, though seeming a bit small and away from downtown, was quiet and easily reachable on foot, matching price point expectations. The dining was serviceable but a little skimpy on hot food, and the wifi was quite nice considering the rate of the hotel. The facilities were adequate. Though not perfect, everything was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with nice living areas but felt small with a mix of bed sizes. The location was near attractions and quiet, although not as central as expected. The service was generally friendly and helpful, except for a few issues. The dining options were tasty but limited throughout the stay.
